The creator of SummerUnrest, one of Latvia's AI evangelists and generative AI specialists. She has provided AI training for companies Delfin Group, CSDD, Latvijas Gāze, Latio, Hansab, ELVA, RIX, Carlsberg, NASDAQ CSD and many others. She is also one of the co-creators of the Liepaja TechGirls community, which provides workshops and networking events for women interested in tech.
Agate believes that there should be more information about working in IT, finding jobs, and transitioning from non-IT professions. Pauls calls himself a business engineer because he is both a bachelor from RTU and an MBA from RBS. The beginning of his career was in the real estate field, and after 2008 he graduated from RTU, having acquired the key role for the creation of a Samsung call centre in Latvia, where has begun career growth. He worked in Scandinavian companies for a greater part of my working time, but seeing how Latvian companies are changing and taking advantage of the opportunities provided, I started working at Tet as a director of the Development Department.
